I live in Portland, Oregon, surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest (and the seasonal delight of wildfire smoke). I was born and raised on the West Coast, and after living in the UK for eight years while pursuing graduate studies, I returned stateside in 2017 and began relearning how to be American. (Turns out that as long as you start the day with tea, you can overcome anything.)
When I’m not writing or editing, I can be found baking, reading, singing, admiring my collection of pretty shoes, watching the 49ers, geeking out about Star Trek, or cuddling my two extremely fluffy cats, Cimorene and Phryne, who have me wrapped around their cute little paws.
